Chris van der Kuyl

Chairman

Chris van der Kuyl is a leading entrepreneur working across the technology, media, gaming and entertainment sectors. Chris is most notably co-founder and chairman of multiple award-winning games developer 4J Studios, best known for developing Minecraft for Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo games consoles. He and fellow co-founder, Paddy Burns, launched Chroma Ventures, the investment arm of 4J Studios, in 2021.

Former Distribution Director at Aviva, Fraser has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He has led distribution, sales, marketing and proposition teams, gaining a unique perspective from a wide range of general insurance distribution models. A proven leader with an inquisitive nature, Fraser’s courage to challenge the status quo led him to co-found Broker Insights.

Prior to co-founding Broker Insights, Iain gained a breadth and depth of broker relationships across the market as Head of Sales for Regional Brokers at Aviva. This meant he was well placed to help transform the commercial insurance market and solve engagement challenges between regional brokers and major insurers.

Zachary Rimmey

Vice President US

Zach has over 12 years’ of experience in the insurance industry leading teams and driving innovation. A career history spanning agencies, carriers, regulatory bodies, and software solutions, he has built a wealth of experience in everything from Sales to Data Analysis. Zach is not only passionate about insurance but also leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges and has a proven track record of delivering results. As VP, US, Zach is well placed to lead the US operations to empower the commercial insurance sector. And, when not working he’s either out golfing, woodworking or tending to his dwarf shrimp.

Tom Duke

Chief Operating Officer

For the past two decades, Tom has worked with fast-growing companies to design and develop products that meet and exceed the needs of rapidly evolving industries. His work has focused on developing large-volume applications in highly secure infrastructure to provide trusted and compliant solutions.

Prior to Broker Insights, Tom was CIO at TVSquared, where he managed US and EMEA teams. He has also held senior-level positions at Brandwatch, iBAHN, Memex, Orbital Software and Vision Consulting.
