Chris van der Kuyl is a leading entrepreneur working across the technology, media, gaming and entertainment sectors. Chris is most notably co-founder and chairman of multiple award-winning games developer 4J Studios, best known for developing Minecraft for Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo games consoles. He and fellow co-founder, Paddy Burns, launched Chroma Ventures, the investment arm of 4J Studios, in 2021.

Prior to co-founding Broker Insights, Iain gained a breadth and depth of broker relationships across the market as Head of Sales for Regional Brokers at Aviva. This meant he was well placed to help transform the commercial insurance market and solve engagement challenges between regional brokers and major insurers.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in high-growth technology-based businesses, Peter joined Broker Insights as CEO following six months of working in an advisory capacity to the company.  Prior to this, Peter held senior interim roles in FTSE 100 and Private Equity companies including leading the joint venture between Dixons Carphone and Sprint in the US. With significant international expertise, Peter is excited to take Broker Insights to the next level in the UK and the US.

Stuart joined Broker Insights as Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience across the insurance market. Stuart has deep expertise in operational leadership, underwriting performance, and broker-insurer relationships. At Lloyd’s, he was Head of Delegated Underwriting Performance, overseeing £24bn in global premium, and previously served as Chief of Staff to the Chief of Markets. Earlier in his career, Stuart held senior roles at Aviva, including Head of Schemes and DUA Operations.

Amy Garland is an ACCA-qualified accountant with a proven track record in driving financial excellence across high-pressure environments. Bringing extensive experience from the Oil & Gas, Energy, IT, and Insurtech sectors, Amy has excelled in both SMEs and large global enterprises, navigating complex projects and fostering financial transformation.

At Broker Insights, Amy oversees financial strategy, reporting, planning and analysis, playing a pivotal role in aligning financial practices with our broader organizational goals. Known for her methodical approach and high degree of organization, Amy ensures that Broker Insights’ financial foundation remains robust, adaptable, and primed for growth.
