All client data is safely protected by Broker Insights in cloud-based software-as-a-service models. These are securely hosted in the US by our global cloud partner (Amazon AWS) and protected by their first-class security and data governance standards.
We use SSL encryption to ensure all communication between client and server is protected end-to-end. We make use of the encrypted transfer weekly, giving a clean and accurate view of data.
Broker Insights takes responsibility for managing the data stored in our platform. We will share best data practices with you so that ultimately, you decide how it is managed.
The Broker Insights team audits who can use the platform and what data they can see. We have a complete and constant view of who is using the platform, in real time, so only approved users ever have access. We do not hold sensitive information, but just to be sure, we’ve architected our platform to prevent users seeing what they shouldn’t.
