We use SSL encryption to ensure all communication between client and server is protected end-to-end. We make use of the encrypted transfer weekly, giving a clean and accurate view of data.

As part of the data uploading process, Broker Insights cleanses and enriches the risk data before making it visible on the platform. We interpret renewal risk data from over an estimated 1,600 different business class descriptions, streamlining them into 132 standardized classes.

MatchPoints™️ relates to the platform’s ability to overlay a broker’s renewal risk data with an insurer’s appetite to create intelligent matches between parties.

Yes, broker data is anonymised within the insurer platform, with client details being replaced with unique identifiers. Within a broker’s own platform environment, data is not anonymized, allowing staff to easily identify client renewals.

Broker Insights uses brokers’ anonymized aggregated data set to provide partner insurers with market trends and insight into opportunities.  Data processes comply with privacy requirements and prevent re-identification of individuals.

Each broker owns their client data, and we can support them to use their data to gain insight into their held book of business.
